Rick is a co-founder and director of the National Institute of Certified College Planners. He is recognized as one of the country’s leading experts in both the tax and college financial planning fields.Rick’s knowledge in taxes and college financial planning has enabled him to be invited to speak on the topic of college financial planning and income tax planning to his contemporaries at CPA and CFP® conferences in over 40 states.

Frank is the NICCP’s expert in student loans and debt management. He retired from senior management in the banking Industry with over 25 years of experience. During those 25 years he was involved in all facets of banking, including operations, lending, investments and capital management. Today, many community organizations currently use his banking and business expertise, including:

  • 12 years Board of Director of the Sheridan Memorial Hospital Association
  • 4 years Chairman of the Board of Directors Sheridan Memorial Hospital Association
  • 2 years Organizational Board of Director of Sheridan Memorial Hospital & Nursing
