Founded in 2002, The National Institute of Certified College Planners (NICCP) is dedicated to the promotion of the Certified College Planning Specialist (CCPS) program. The NICCP takes its role as educator very seriously and is absolutely committed to offering its members the continuing education and the college planning tools they need to help make college an affordable reality.
