Incorporating the Zero College Debt Program and The ZCD Foundation into your marketing
We are all trying to find ways to increase our value to clients and increase business. Although the housing market has had some major problems, it appears that the shake-out is pretty much over. With housing prices so low, now is the time to buy. The beauty of the Zero College Debt Program is that we are taking 2 concepts and bringing them together to decrease college debt, own a home, build a credit history and get further education on topics related to home ownership.
With the recent approval of The ZCD Foundation as a 501 (c) 3 public charity by the IRS, you now have a new topic to approach schools/parents with. Previously, you were probably shut out of some school events because you are a for-profit enterprise. Now with the not-for-profit, The ZCD Foundation, you can get into school activities to present the concept of building your local scholarships capability for students, get a list of potential interested parties and build your business as well.
